Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game based on the iconic ‘80s film. Developed by Teravision Games and published by IllFonic, it was released for PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 4, 2024.

Based on the 1980’s cult classic film of the same name, Killer Klowns from Outer Space. The Game is a multiplayer, asymmetrical (3 vs 7) horror game that pits three Klowns against seven Humans. Klowns win by capturing most - or all - of the Human citizens of Crescent Cove, while Humans win by escaping the map before time runs out.
In the battle between Killer Klowns and citizens of Crescent Cove, team up and use your wits to harvest humans or save them from the alien invasion!

As a Klown, players will have access to a wide variety of silly - but powerful - tools. Players can select from one of five (5) Klown classes, each with unique special abilities such as a balloon- animal dog you can conjure to sniff out opponents, or an AOE LOL attack that heals your allies and debuffs your enemies.

Look, we love campy horror. That’s why our five playable Human classes are based on camp horror staples: Athletic, Rebellious, Heroic, Resourceful, and Tough. Each class comes with its own strengths and weaknesses; and players will need to use teamwork, stealth, and good-old-fashioned resourcefulness to beat back the merry menace.

Klown Weapons[]
What the hell kind of weapons do Klown aliens from outer space use? Some are sweet, some are savory, some will have you giggling like a child! But every one of them are deadly. Every Klown have 2 types of weapon: CC (Cotton Candy) Guns and Secondary (basically Melee). Rayguns can shoot a continuous ray of CC (Such as CC Raygun and Gigaray) or fire individual CC projectiles (Pentashot, Laser Beamer and Bouncecaster). CC Guns don't deal damage, but covering targets in CC. Almost every Secondary Weapon is melee, and all of them deal damage. But there is a few ways to deal distant damage using Secondary Weapons: Popcorn Bazooka shots and Gobstopper Flail's charged attack. Here are all the Klown weapons

Human Weapons[]
Now what weapons do Humans of Crescent Cove use to overcome the deadly visit of those Krazy invadors? There are basically 3 types of human weapons - Blunt, Sharp (Piercing) and Fire Arms. Blunts are only able to down Klowns, but not to kill them. Sharp weapons are also able to down Klowns, but they can kill them if a holder will hit the nose of a downed Klown as well. Fire Arms are able to do everything Sharp Weapons can do, but on a longer distance and instead of losing endurance with each hit like all melee weapons do, they require ammo. Inventory Pocket mechanic: There are 4 slots (Pockets) in any human's inventory - 3 small ones and 1 big one. Basically small pockets can fit only small items (healthkit, revolver, ammo, wrench, etc.), and big pocket can fit any items from big to small including big weapon (shotgun, baseball bat).

In-game maps are inventive, but faithful recreations of iconic locations from the Killer Klowns from Outer Space movie. Locations and objectives are randomly generated for each match, keeping each session new and interesting for players.
