Summary[]
The Klown Parade is a murdering spree that goes through the streets of Crescent Cove. This involves multiple klowns (links at the bottom of the page) to hunt for victims on the road as the Cotton Candy Cocoon, Balloon-Holding Vacuum Cleaner rides through different roads. Throughout the parade, the Parade Klowns captured or killed their victims by turning them into cotton candy cocoons and vacuuming them, turning them into balloons and tying them to the float, or beating up humans with their melee weapons. The Klown parade is an efficient and well-organized way of kidnapping many victims within a short area.
History[]
The Klown Parade is first seen in the middle of the movie when Mike Tobacco and the Terenzi Brothers drive through Crescent Cove to find Debbie’s house. As they take a sharp turn, they abruptly stop to see a Klown Parade full of readied klowns, a big parade float, and dead bodies on the street.
Throughout the scene we see different angles of the parade to see different ways klowns capture victims with the parade. The first shot of the scene shows Dash, Baldo, Spikey, Talls, and fatso (who is barely in the frame) walking next to the Parade float. We then see Dunk throw a cotton candy cocoon down to Storefront, who catches it and lays it on a pile of 5 other cocoons. We then see Killbo and Danny moving the vacuum at the front of the float and Talls carrying a cocooned victim in his hands. Spikey then walks next to a pile of 5 cocoons that lay on a loading zone sign. Killbo and Danny are seen sucking up a cotton candy cocoon with the vacuum as Mojo operates the vacuum car with a smile on his face and slightly moving his body with happy behavior. We see Joe walk next to a car where a human man is hiding. The man runs away too early out of panic and Joe turns the man into a cocoon before he could get away. In the clip where Joe shoots the man, you can see Fatso and Frank walking behind the parade float in the background.
Function[]
Not only does the Klown Parade scene establishes the klowns killing many humans quickly for food, but it also shows that the klowns are organized, as if they have been doing harvests for many years, or they planned it out thoroughly.
There many klowns walking near the Parade Float with weapons in their hands as they patrol the street for victims, and there are some klowns who are ahead of the parade and killing humans in their houses (As seen with Dunk) and throwing them onto the street for the others to collect. The weapons the klowns use are mostly guns. Most klowns had either a cotton candy gun, a balloon gun, a popcorn bazooka, or a mystery gun. Some klowns carry a melee weapon (such as Fatso holding a mallet) or just carry/collect victims they capture.
The klowns have a certain position in the parade. The klowns that move up from are mostly thin compared to the other parade klowns, because they can move faster and collect more victims in the area. The klowns near the front of the float are a little plumper or have lesser mobility, such as Spikey and Talls, and their main jobs are to shoot down victims and collect them for the vacuum. Then the klowns in the back must be there because their role is to either make sure no human escapes, they are too overweight to move at a quick pace and catch up with the rest of the parade, such as Fatso and Joe.
The klowns during the parade try to kill humans and collect the food from their dead bodies, and also get balloons to tie on the parade float. The vacuum kar also releases streamers to mark the houses and streets the Klown Parade passes to show that an area has already been invaded and checked. The klowns collect many victims in cocoons or balloons and mark the areas in efficient ways so they get the most resources while being quick, orderly, and without wasting time are missing any humans who escaped.
Klowns[]
The Klown Parade had many klowns participate in the murdering-spree through Crescent Cove.
- Mojo drives the Parade float and operates the vacuum and streamers. He is sitting on top of the float, pulling levers.
- Bash walks in the back of the parade with a Mystery Gun in his hand. He is likely checking for humans the klowns at the front of the parade missed.
- Baldo (Boco's Brother) walks near the parade float with a Popcorn Bazooka in his hands.
- Spikey walks on the side of the parade with a Ballon Ray Gun his hand. He is seen walking past a pile of cocoons on the road.
- Killbo and Danny walk in front of the parade and they both direct the vacuum to suck up any food sources on the road they find.
- Fatso walked in the back of the parade with a mallet in his hand.
- Frank walks in the back of the parade while holding a pale blue balloon.
- Dunk is seen throwing a cotton candy cocoon from a house down to Storefront, who catches it and stows it in a pile of other cocoons.
- Talls walks in front of the parade with a cotton candy cocoon. His role likely is to collect the cocoons for the vacuum rather than kill humans.
- Joe is at the very back of the parade to find any victims the parade passed. His role is proven useful when he uses his cotton candy gun to turn a retreating victim into a cocoons.
