Talls is a Parade Klown in the Parade scene.
Appearance
Talls has curly green hair, green pecks for ears, and wears a yellow-blue-red suit with a red turtleneck.
History
It is unknown officially on who's who, considering Storefront was also in the Parade scene. The Parade scene is when Mike and the Terenzi Brothers drove to Debbie's apartment to save her, and they run right into this freak show. They quickly drove away, only to be seen by a security guard Klown, Joe. Joe and all the other Parade Klowns were collecting their cocoon victims in a festive, but killer parade.
His brother Bimbo later appeared trying to whack Mike, Debbie, and Officer Hanson in the left with Shorty, Rudy, and Spikey.
